As Debbie's friend, I loved the appreciation she had for music. She helped my mother move, and she and a few other friends listened to my mom's Patsy Cline and Hank Williams. Debbie sat in a big stuffed chair and seemed entranced with Patsy. My mom liked her forever after. She was very kind to Mom. Mom had dementia, so she would come up with something off-the-wall, and Deb would listen to her and nod and smile. I miss them both.
